One step higher.
Today, the GEMMERS have gone one step higher.We are going to DARE! >:DAt 12pm, we went to Suntec Tower 4 level 6 for the " I DARE U" Camp briefing.I saw all my friend and I was like squeezing to sit with them . I was so .. embarassed? The briefing was quite a short one . My Care Group is .. ELA. Which stands for Eternity Loved A.... ? Sorry, I forgot what does the "A" Stands for . I'll find out next time.I saw a list which consist of the people we are room mating with.I was quite happy then . Cos my roommates are Sharyn and Jovial.My Good friends :D
After the briefing,there are some food and drinks outside the room waiting for us to eat/drink em.Double Cheese Burger,McChicken Burger for the Food section.Yeos drinks for the Drink Section.The only reason I chose McChicken Burger is because it is more expensive. than the cheeburger.I know , it is stupid , ahah . But.. cos Sharyn took McChicken Burger too.I didn't get to have my breakfast so .. I ate 2 burgers.1 for breakfast and the other for lunch.You must be thinking that I'm a pig now ;P
After we ate,we gathered with our CG and went down to level 3 for DARE main service. YAY!There were 2 guys in white acting like a statue at the entrance.Pretty real .Then,there were some so-called "Pebbles" for us to draw on with the crayons provided.I took the white crayon and wrote "Vania owns you ;) " on the "pebble"and placed it nicely on the floor.I saw my sister's goodfriend,WenHui. A Royal Steward welcoming GEMMERS.I was like HELLO! And I gave her a hug.I saw my sister's friend,Vivian too.Her nickname used to be "Blurr-Queen" cos she really looks like one . ahahahahah joking.We saw the .. fake "L" walking around too . Hair not messy enough , doesn't bends as much as the real "L" . He was eating a lollipop.But still , must appreciate their efforts for this .. welcoming thingy.There were balloons too.One of my goodfriend,Emily, asked the DARE youths to help her make a heart shape balloon.
Vivian wanted to take picture with us but .. ended up dunno do what.There was a beatboxer too.Was just wandering around and I saw Jeroen.Used to be a DARE youth but have skipped many many services untill one day I told him to attend the service.Then,it was time for us to go in for the service.Was quite excited.Pastor Lien was preaching . She is great. Quite funny too.Talked about "What are we created for" her preaching was interesting.After the preaching ,there is the .. ( forgot the name of the group) performed a very cool thing with the song "Who am I" with their hands.After the service,I bought a drink from Auntie Anne's and some sweets from Minitoons. Then, I went home .
